The Gin Eva Experience

Bienvenidos, to THE GIN TASTING in Mallorca. We’ll take you on a journey into the Mediterranean world of Gin Eva.

Participants will sample 5 gins from the distillery in a guided tasting, while we explain how we got started, how we do things, and why, and we’ll take you on a journey into the future of gin.

We’ll end the experience by enjoying a surprise cocktail, prepared with our own distilled spirits, and we’ll also share tips on how to easily, practically, and enjoyably prepare cocktails at home with tools that everyone has. But this isn’t a class, it’s a place to talk, ask questions, and laugh. And if you feel like sticking around for a little longer, you can always enjoy a gin and tonic on the tasting room terrace.

Open Group

Enjoy the tasting together with other visitors in a group of up to 10 participants.

All participants have to reserve a seat. Upon request we offer a non-alcoholic cocktail option.

Note: We recommend arriving by public transport, as the bus stop is right in front of the distillery with a regular direct connection from/ to Palma.
